Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Headache in your age should be evaluated for secondary headache.

In view of history of migraine and if the headache characters are similar to previous episodes and if not associated with red flag features like fever, seizure, weakness, visual loss, diplopia, loss of consciousness, you can take treatment for migraine.

Migraine management require preventive steps like
1) Timely food and sleep
2) avoiding fasting coffee and chocolates
3) Avoid stress
prophylaxis treatment can be taken like
Flunarizine, Topiramate, Valproate or amitryptiline according to present health status and medications.

Pain killers can be taken for few days at present like Naproxen.
If you are not getting relief or have any red flag signs then consult a neurologist for examination in detail.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
