Brief Answer:
tramadol with daiclofenac and muscle relaxant

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing back to us. I can understand your situation.

You have been recommended to take brufen or diclofenac for pain before intercourse. If you have tried and still pain is there I recommend tramadol with diclofenac and muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone) before 2 hours of intercourse. This combination of medicines can prevent pain very well. Ask your doctor to prescribe these medicines.

To help you further I need more information.

- Have you consulted gynecologist and/or psychiatrist personally as recommended before? If yes please provide the details.

- KY jelly gives just lubrication. How was the experience with lignocaine gel?

- What does actually happen when you attempt sex? Describe your and yours husband situation and opinion?

- Did hymen break or still intact?

- Is your menstrual cycle regular?

I will be happy to help further after your response.

Regards,

Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Brief Answer:
you need counselling

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for information.

Actually there is no medicine which directly can numb the vaginal area, only topical gel like lignocaine can help for the same.
However medicines I mentioned will likely help you. Adding to that you can take anti anxiety like clonazepam which also will help.

I still recommend consulting gynecologist and psychiatrist personally. You need detail counseling regarding phobia of pain overall as well as pain during intercourse. With relaxation you can get well fast and save your marriage life.

Feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
before 2 hours

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

You should take medicines before 2 hours with some food or milk.

Pain of hymen breaking/intercourse is not severe and it is tolerable by most of the females. With these medicines there is less possibility of pain. Pain if it all is there it will be for few seconds to minutes only if hymen is completly intact. Otherwise there will be no pain at all. You just need to keep your self relax without thinking or apprehension about pain and allow your husband to enter completely.
You can do it I guess.

After one successful attempt you will be more comfortable and can settle in sex life easily.

If still any query there, I will be happy to answer. If not, you can close the discussion and if feasible give your feedback and rating so I can improve my service. In future you can contact me directly on this site if you wish with this link:
