Brief Answer:
Possible intracranial lesion?Needs Confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

The cause of recurrent headache in your case has to be evaluated through investigations like Non contrast Helical CT scan and MRI-fast spin echo.

Since you are not responding to any standard analgesics,a high degree of suspicion for organic intracranial pathology (possibly a space occupying lesion-ICSOL )exists, which is possibly contributing to elevated intracranial pressure leading to headache.

Correction of this intracranial space occupying lesion will help to control/cure the headache.

Also a consultation with a Neurosurgeon will be helpful at the earliest.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.

OK well.... U are not the only Doc saying this...
I was told that by not only you, but a neurosurgery specialist on here too.... Vomiting was also present as well as vomiting late last week.... So I just want to make sure it doesn't sound like a possible ending to say the flu or a possible sickness if it don't I surely need to check with neurosurg.....

Brief Answer:
Early personal Consultation with Neurosurgeon will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

Yes certainly this is not a possible flu by any means.

Hence an early consultation with a Neurosurgeon with the Required Imaging scans will help.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
