Question: I have COPD and asthma, and glaucoma. I was given a bad drug for glaucoma and had a breathing problem. Is there an eye drop for glaucoma that is completely safe for a person who has COPD and asthma?

Brief Answer:
Latanoprost

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Timolol is a beta blocker which can cause bronchoconstriction i.e narrowing of airways. It should be avoided in COPD and asthma patients.

Latanoprost is a much safer drug that has no respiratory side effects.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
