Brief Answer:
Neuropath-B, Foltanx.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry that diabetic complications are appearing.

Metanx is a combination of vitamin B products namely 3 mg of L-methylfolate, 35 mg of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate and 2 mg of methylcobalamin.

One alternative which has the same ingredients in the same quantity is Foltanx which you mention (I suppose Foltanex as you write it is the same thing - misspelling).
Another alternative with same ingredients and dosage is also Neurpath-B.

Since it's a question of nutritional supplements there may exist other preparations from other companies, simply look for the ingredients and their quantity. As for which is better, that is hard to assess as every company will try to promote its product for commercial purposes and with products like nutritional supplements it's hard to compare as the effect is not so clear-cut, the only really proven therapy is diabetes control.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
