Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Warfarin is an anticoagulant preparation very effective in the reducing embolic events in cardiac patients (especially in those who have atrial fibrillation).

Aspirin is an antiplatelet agent which offers some protection but isn't as effective as Warfarin in preventing embolism.

If you were my patients I would recommend to go to local drug store and ask if he can provide some help.

If he can't help you than I would recommend to go to ER to get a warfarin prescription by local doctor.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
