Question: I need an alternative for cilacar 10 mg.

Are any of the following the same or similar drug?
1. Esidrex (Navataris)
2. Loprjesor (metoprolol tartrate)
3. Zanidip
4. Amlodipina Sandoz

Hello,

esidrex and metoprolol are different drugs and belong to different drug classes.
Zanidip and amlodipine are different drugs but they belong to the same drug class (calcium channel blockers). You can use any of them instead of cilacar. Since it's a different drug you'd better start from the lower dosages and titrate to higher ones. Always consult your doctor before making any change to your regimen!
