doctor
Answered by Dr. Chintan Solanki (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
It depends on individual need,no one is best for all

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr.XXXX

Lubricants made with silicone, water, petroleum, or oil.
For most couples, water-based lubricant is the best. It's safe for condoms and easy to rinse off and it will not stain sheets.

If you use condoms, you definitely need to stay away from petroleum-or oil-based lubricants, since they can erode latex quickly.

And women who are prone to yeast infections should look for a lube that doesn't contain glycerin, which contains sugars that promote yeast growth.

Best thing is to consult gynecologist who can examine and prescribe lubricant according to need and can help easily if any side effects or problems are there.

And for your information:
During vaginal sex lubrication is necessary. Too much or too little lubrication can decrease enjoyment. But when there's right amount, it increases enjoyment. You can't have comfortable or successful sex without lubrication.

Studies have suggested that use of lubrication enhances enjoyment of sex.

Every woman lubricates in different manner. There is no normal amount of wetness. When woman feels that there is more friction, pain or hard feelings; there is need of lubricant.

We need to search for cause of dryness also to treat the problem thoroughly.

General causes are stress, low-estrogen birth-control pills, undiagnosed yeast infections, breastfeeding, and certain medicines (antihistamines and antidepressants) .

Lubricants containing estrogen are also available.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
