At home around 2 pm - some Rice and dal or roti and dal
evening 5 pm - 100 - 150 ml milk and some buscuits
night 9 pm - 3 Rotis or rice plate with dal and vegetable
Sometimes in evening - he takes 1 fruit

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the diet chart and indeed it seems overall fine to me. However, I would like to confirm if you have a vegitarian, or rather an eggitarian diet. Moreover, including some more fruits and vegetables would be more reasonable. For example, instead of just dal and roti/rice, perhaps some vegetables could be included alongise. It is very important to include a good amount of green leafy vegetables in diet. Some curd/yogurt also needs to be included. I would suggest you to ensure regular intake of some seasonal fruit or the other.
Wish you all the best.
