Hi,
Congratulations on having a baby. Let me inform you that contrary to popular belief oil is not absorbed through the skin and therefore I would not recommend use of oil. Suggestion about a suitable brand is therefore out of context. However, tactile stimulation (or touch therapy) is invaluable for a baby of this age and is almost equivalent to the baby massage and I would rather encourage it. You may apply some moisturizing lotion like aloe vera lotion (any brand, even adult varieties) to keep the skin hydration.
Regarding hair care, any baby shampoo that is ok for baby eyes, is fine. You can use XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX No More Tears Baby Shampoo. Use it twice a week while you bathe the child everyday. Once again, oil just maintains the shine of the hair and does not provide any nutritive value and is therefore not needed.
