Hello,

Thank you for posting a query.

Look, sex is a very sophisticated and complicated physiological process. Here, nervous system is totally involved. So, any psychological stress, tension, anxiety may interfere in act of sex. In that case this type of premature ejaculation may happen.

In your case, you ejaculate within 30 seconds. It is very rapid.

As you have told that your TSH is 8 it indicates that you are suffering from hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can itself lead to psychological problems and anxiety which may easily lead to premature ejaculation.

One more point is sensation. Increased sensation is the main culprite which enhances sexual arousal and ultimately leads to climax and ejaculation rapidly.

So, the first aim of our treatment is to restore your psychological condition. Do some aerobics to get rid of stress. Listen to music. These all help you to get rid of anxiety.

Secondly, take the thyroxine supplement regularly and keep following up with your treating doctor regarding the thyroid issue.

Thirdly, you can try some older techniques like withdrawal technique. That means, when you feel that you are going to ejaculate, take your penis out from vagina of your partner for few seconds and then again carry on. It will provide some relief.

Now a days, some drugs are available to prevent premature ejaculation. They are Dapoxetin, Tramadol, Clomipramine group of drugs. They are very much helpful. You cannot buy these medicines without any prescription.

So, consult with your treating doctor or family physician for a detailed prescription.

Hope this information suffices. Let me know, if you have any more questions.

Regards.
