I have read your query and understood your concern
I would recommend a pediatrician opinion in view of loose stools and stomach pain to rule out any infection.
make sure the kid intakes sufficient fluids to prevent dehydration ,I would recommend a bland diet until the loose stools subside .I would recommend a Prepro Kid Powder 1 XXXXXXX twice daily for 3 days . Incase of fever and no improvement in symptoms kindly get a pediatrician opinion.
