(some what head ache) Nausea is present, around the belly also gain so much > weight > does not help a bad back > I can not continue to felling so bad. My head is not straight it throws of my balance feel like I can not focus or walk right. All this adds to BP problems at night. Yes gone to ER, check CT scan for stroke, since I complain head not right for days, that is not the problem. After Doc's computer work they no longer have time to check belly site or hear your complaint (realize 15 min) office visits (sorry)

Brief Answer:
Monitor your blood sugar levels at 11 pm when your symptoms start.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Most of the artificial insulin is derived from animal sources and culture media.
Its not necessary that every type of artificial insulin suits every person.
There are possibilities that your body is developing allergy/sensitivity to Tresiba.Nausea disbalance etc could also be an indicator of hypoglycemia.Possibility 2 is that the doses you are on is higher then required by you.In that scenario a proper charting of blood sugar needs to be done when you are symptomatic post injection.
Doses would be reduced altered as per that.
Step 1 consult a proper diabetologist in person.
Consider starting alternate of Tresiba. Running nose is again suggestive of allergy.
If things remain unchanged go for blood sugar monitoring at the times you get symptomatic for minimum 3 to 5 days.

If I've provided useful and helpful information to your questions you do me a huge favor by including several fine words of feedback along with a goodrating. Again, many thanks for submitting your inquiry and please let me know how things turn out.
