Welcome to healthcare Magic!
The sperm count is grossly low in your case.
There is no proven therapy to improve the counts but there are putative beneficial supplements which might help you.
A good diet with proteins and high energy content is recommended, a regular lifestyle with at least 7 hours of nighttime sleep and regular moderate aerobic exercises should be observed.
A multi vitamin and micronutrient supplement like AtoZ or Supradyn should be taken for at least 6 months on regular basis. These supplements can give yellow/orange color urine, which should not cause a concern.
Keep a watch on sperm count 6 monthly because counts may vary in a year.
Chances of pregnancy are more when counts are in higher ranges.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
