Brief Answer:
dysfunction of the ovaries may be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You are having a condition called menorrhagia(prolonged and excessive menstrual bleeding). Most often it is caused by hormonal imbalances or dysfunction of the ovaries.
An ultrasound abdomen and pelvis is required to rule out PCOS(polycystic ovaries).
As of now you can take over the counter available drugs like tranexa which will help to control bleeding.
Fatigue may be due to loss of blood, Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
Swollen breast and nausea are signs of hormonal changes,
Consult a gynaecologist for further assessment.
Thanks
