Question: So I’m 32 and have been having chest pressure. I’m 160 lbs 5’2. I’m on propanol 40 mg 3 times a day for high no .Also to help with any anxietySometimes I feel weak and faint. Moderate excerisie makes me feel sick and unwell. Especially after I stop.I’ve had ecgs done in the past. They all have come back
Normal or with slight abnormalities. A few doctors told be my left ventricle was thickened but normal for my age. I have a new ecg I took today when I was feeling unwell . I was wondering if you could take a look at it.

I was told by the paramedics that even if my chest hurts or feel sick to just excersise that it will be good for me. It’s hard to believe when I feel like my heart is being overworked

I’ll recommend you to get a basic cardiac evaluation done to exclude any heart risk factor . Kindly get and echocardiography and a Treadmill test done and get back to me with reports.
