Skin Issue On Neck/cheek. I've Noticed A Rash On Each
Question: Skin issue on neck/cheek.
I've noticed a rash on each side of my neck. Both contain small bright red pin like spots. They don't hurt or itch. Also one larger darker mark. I have always had skin issues particularly on my neck m. Often bleed or rash after shaving. But these have been there over a week and don't seem to be healing. I've tried otc creams.

I should highlight I have always had skin issues. Especially my neck. But these appear very distinctive compared to the past. There's no pain or any other symptoms currently. I do not drink or smoke. I first noticed them after shaving over a week ago. Before that they were not there.
Brief Answer:
Folliculitis seen in photo.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the photo you attached and it can be folliculitis, inflammation and infection of hair follicles. Shaving can make the situation worse.
You can use an antibacterial and antifungal cream containing Clobetasol , Miconazole Nitrate and Neomycin Sulphate. You can find it over the counter in pharmacy with name fourderm or clobetam. Apply it on the rash three times daily.
Avoid shaving till the rash goes away.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
