Question: Sir need to know about any good medicine to make digestive system strong as I always suffer from Acidity Reflux burping gases stomach bloating , constipation please need advice from you to resolve all the issues kindly prescribed me some branded medication for the same. also I'm overweight obesity is my second problem please advise.

Am Dr Bhanu, I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that obesity is the root cause for several diseases. So it should be dealt seriously and should not be overlooked.

However for your current problem I would like to suggest you a routine which you need to follow strictly.

1. Start going for brisk morning walks for at least 40 mins daily for 5 days a week.

2. Stop consuming junk food completely.

3. Take small and frequent meals daily.

4. Meals should be rich in protein and Fibre and low on carbs and fats.

5. Avoid taking paranthas and oily fried stuff in breakfast.

6. Have your dinner at least 2 hrs before you go for bed. Try consuming more green leafy vegetables and salads.

7. Take adequate sleep of at least 7 hrs.

8. Drink plenty of water daily.

9. Take tablet Pantoprazole 40mg twice daily for 10 days.

Follow this routine strictly and you will be relieved.
