Hi,
The details provided are insufficient to help you. I would like to have more details to assess the problem better.
May I know your age and gender?
Since when are you suffering from back pain?
Is the pain spreading down to the legs and feet?
Do you experience weakness of legs/difficulty in walking?
Do you have any problem while passing urine - pain / burning sensation/difficulty to pass urine?
Have you seen a doctor / evaluated for back pain in the past?

Brief Answer:
Analgesics...
Detailed Answer:
Since there are no associated symptoms and the pain has been there for 4 weeks and more, more likely the pain is related to musculoskeletal system. It would be worthwhile to run test that includes complete blood count, ESR, Serum Calcium, Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium as well as radiological test -
X-ray / MRI scan of the lower back. The test will help us assess the cause/severity. The test can be ordered by your local doctor / orthopedic surgeon.
Until you visit a doctor to get the tests, you can try pain killers such as tab Etoshine MR twice daily after food for a week. Avoid strenuous physical activities including lifting heavyweights. Lie on a hard flat surface. Rest adequately.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any clarifications.
