Brief Answer:
Regarding sexual dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you.. I have reviewed your reports. You seem to have a low Hb and your blood Glucose seems to be higher than normal. As is well known, underlying diabetes can be a factor in sexual dysfunction. So, you need to get that evaluated. Also, it would be great to get your blood pressure checked. Since, your problem seems to be related to excitable phase of sexual cycle, that is, lack of excitement. I would recommend a test for serum testosterone levels (total and free). Any underlying psychological causes like anxiety, depression also need to be ruled out from history.. History of alcoholism, drug intake and smoking also needs to be carefully ruled out.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Regarding sexual dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
hi.
The testosterone report seems ok. I think in your case, your raised blood sugar could be a reason for the decline in libido. Pay attention to your diet and if any weight issue. Kindly consult an endocrinologist for any medication for raised blood sugar, if required. In any case, in most of the patients with loss of sexual drive there is an underlying psychological cause like stress, anxiety and depression which can impair the sexual response cycle and it can have a reinforcing effect. Everytime a person has sex, he is fearful that he may not be able to do it properly and that can have a negative impact on the sexual act. In my view, talking to a psychologist/ psychiatrist is immensely beneficial in most cases simply because if there is no underlying organic cause for the sexual problem.
Take care
