Question: Since 4/16 I’ve had the following symptoms: I’m a 43 year old female I don’t drink or smoke. I’ve had diarrhea, stomach bloated, stomach gurgles and makes noises. Upper middle abdomen pain. Some light belching, indigestion. Several bowel moments from normal to diarrhea. Diarrhea toddy which was yelllow in color. Had a CT with contrast on 11/1/2019, had abdomen X-ray 4/23 all normal. Could liver, pancreatic or stomach cancer be my symptoms? Can cancer develope that fast in 6 months?

Brief Answer:
Doesn't seem like cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo of stools you attached and it is yellow diarrhea caused by SIBO and xifaxan usage.
Cancer can develop in six months but having a previous CT scan normal, the abdomen x-ray and biochemical tests all normal recently doesn't make me to suspect on cancer.
Finish the xifaxan as recommended by doctor.
Do a stool test for bacteria, parasites and for helicobacter pylori.
If everything is normal do a colonoscopy.
If everything is normal it can also be irritable bowel syndrome.
Taking probiotics such enterogerina or yovita can be useful.
You can use Imodium for severe diarrhea.

Hope I have answered the question.

Brief Answer:
Not much like cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Google is very good on giving information but it can't diagnose you and in your case is scaring you.
Having the consecutive tests normal doesn't make me to suspect any type of cancer not liver, pancreatic cancer.
Eating less and having too much supplement fibers or laxatives can make you to have this watery diarrhea.
So finish the treatment, do stool tests bacterial, parasites and helicobacter.
Do a colonoscopy if necessary.
Follow a well balanced diet.
Now take probiotics and simethicone for gass and Imodium for severe diarrea.

I had a colonoscopy & an upper endoscopy in 2018. - normal
My stomach gurgles & makes noises & I have pain in upper abdomen
I looked up if SIBO & xifaxan can cause yellow diarrhea & it doesn’t say?
I Haven’t been eating much food, can not eating cause my stool to be yellow? I worry because when you Google yellow diarrhea it says it can be liver or pancreatic issues even cancer of liver, pancreas or bile. At times I itch a little bit on my stomach, It may be more of me thinking about it causing me to itch because I read the itching is a sign of liver or pancreatic cancer. I also have a lot of gas. My endoscopy I had in 2018 showed a mild case of gastritis thank you!

Brief Answer:
It can also be IBS

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
One of the main symptoms of SIBO is diarrhea and taking count that you were eating very little the yellow color may be related the orange color of tablet.
I don't think that it can be related to cancer of liver or pancreas since your last ultrasound is normal and the biochemical blood is normal. If the liver enzymes are normal the itching is not related to liver.
Do check your pancreatic enzymes.
Finish the treatment and do stool tests.
I also believe that it can be related to IBS but finish the treatment first.
