Question: Hi I have like 3 balls in my armpit what is it they told me they were grease balls

Brief Answer: Lipomas do not require any treatment Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Thanks for your query. The so-called grease balls in the armpit are apparently localized collection of body fat under the skin. They are called Lipoma, which are harmless and usually have no symptoms. So, if you have no problems on account of Lipomas, there is nothing to be done about them at this stage. But, if you have any problems, or you find them of nuisance value, they can be easily excised/removed through a simple 30 minutes' surgery under local anesthesia.
