Question: Should i be concern, with these results. The ob/gyn i say did a pelvic and said he didnt see anything, but im still worried

The focus may involvess the cervix in which ia xonsisrent with a comolex nabothian cyst. Howerever cystic uterine mass is also a difderental diagnosis

2) I suggest you see your gynecologist and request for laparoscopic examination of cyst.
3) If laparoscopy is not done atleast biopsy of the cyst needs to be done to assess type and content of cysts.

So its a cyst and not a mass. My gyn said he didnt see anything on examination. Im confused
