Brief Answer:
They do not seem worrisome at the moment- details below

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask a Doctor service,

I carefully read your query and also checked the attached pictures.

The lesions seem to be small areas of depigmentation that have not changed much in time (at least the last 3 years) so there is nothing to worry about them at the moment.

If you notice that the lesions are getting bigger or new lesions are coming out you will need to see your doctor as in this case vitiligo may be likely.

I hope this answers your query and is helpful to you. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
It can be a birthmark- achromic nevus is a possible cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,

It is a pleasure to assist you.
If the lesions have been there since childhood and are not changing with time they can be birthmarks. Achormic nevus is a kind of such birthmark which is hypopigmented and appears from birth or early childhood. Generally, they are not a cause of concern and do not need any treatment.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
