Thanks Dr.

1. What stage she is now early/adv?
2. Is there any regular tests she need to do to make sure it is under control?
3. Since test reports are negative, the conclusion is based on only symptoms. Is that correct? If so, Do we have any other tests to confirm this?
4. Is this hereditary diseases?
5. Will this come to her kids as well? If so, what are the precautions?
6. Please let me know your prescription & how long she should take.

Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Diagnosis is clinical

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

1. There is no definite stage assignable. It depends on the clinical assessment and severity of symptoms. You need not bother about the stage. Treatment is needed for alleviation of the symptoms
2. Yes
3. Tests not needed
4. Heredity plays a role but not directly related
5. No need to worry about this. Nothing to be done about this.
6. Medications and doses need to be determined after clinical assessment. I would insist you to visit a rheumatologist and get a prescription made.
