From the symptoms it seems that you hare having some stomach infection.

Please do following which should help.

>Drink plenty of fluids orally. Lemon judicators etc. are better. Drink at least 12-51 glasses in a day.
>Avoid solid diet, take semi solid diet like curd rice, dal-chawal etc.
>Take proper rest
>Take anti spasmodic tablets for pain that you have or you’re comfortable with.
>In case of more frequency you may need anti motility drugs like loperamide.But these drugs are to be taken after medical advice only. Please take only after your doctor’s advice.

In case the frequency of motions is more and you are not feeling well it is strongly advisable to visit a doctor.

This is time of hot summer and poor intake and loss of fluids from the body like in your case can lead to dehydration and problems.
