1) Since when you are having this headache? -- Since last night i am having headache.
2) Is it new onset or you had such headache previously also?- Yes it is a new for me.
3) Are you having any other known disease? -- No
4) Is your headache associated with nausea or vomiting? -- No vomiting but i do fell scared in between the pain duration.

The pain was concentrated on the left side. had mentioned right side by mistake.

Thanks for being in follow-up.
Since this is a new and acute onset persistent headache without any typical features of migraine/primary headache; and as it is localised on one side of the head- I'd suggest to get a CT scan done to rule out any intracranial pathology. For symptomatic management, non steroidal anti inflammatory medicines like naproxen can be taken.
