Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the attached picture. It could be allergic reaction . I would suggest Allegra or similar antihistamines available over the counter for such patients in my clinic.
I don’t think you should worry if redness is coming down . Avoid taking him in hot sun, avoid trees and pollens and grass . Avoid cosmetics too.
Ensure child takes plenty of liquids for hydration.
If it increases or spreads to other parts of the body especially lips , you need to take him to local health facilty.
