Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Thank you for reaching out at Ask A Doctor ,
I have read your query and understood your concern
Common cause of blister in kids include friction, insect bites ,eczema, bacterial ,fungal and viral infections.
Considering blisters over leg and forehead I would suspect either insect bite or hand foot mouth infection which is usually self restricting and goes away in 7- 10 days. Avoid putting on socks for prolonged hours and you could use a calosoft lotion to ease the symptoms .If symptoms persist beyond 10 days or any fever present kindly get evaluated by a pediatrician .
