Brief Answer:
Papular urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
It looks like papular urticaria, a hypersensitivity to insect bite.
Apply a mild steroid cream such as cortisone or desonide daily in night for 7 days.
This should help him.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Papular urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Yes all the lesions are related.
Sometimes a single insect bite at one place can cause a rash at other parts of body due to hypersensitivity reaction called as papular urticaria.
He might have been bitten by insect at just one place but rash has appeared at three places.
Just relax it's not a serious thing.
Apply cortisone or desonide.
He will get relief.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
