Right paracardiac soft opacities in a chest X-ray could be due to a vascular prominence, an enlarged lymph node, an infection like tuberculosis, a chest mass- may be a tumor.
Looking at the X-ray directly and a clinical correlation after a proper examination is necessary to find out the cause.
To know the extent of opacities and their nature, an MRI of the chest will be helpful.
