It happened a week ago, just a few, and they went away in a few days. I Happen when I wear my High top shoes. There is no pain or itch with them. I did have a stomach virus For 24 hours after the first breakout. I’m taking over the counter allergy medicine.
Brief Answer:
Topical steroid, antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to capillaritis,
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days along with antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily for 7-10 days.
This should help in resolving your rash.
