hi welcome to XXXXXXX

i have gone through your query regarding recurrent nasal discharge and sore throat. considering all aspects of your complain and your pervious history of illness for treatment of DNS, it apperas to be that you are suffering from sinusitius with recurrent sore throat.

sometime sinusitis is associated with following-

1. inferior turbinate hypertrophy
2. deviated nasal septum
3. septal spur
4. nasal polyp

therefore in the treatment of sinusitis it becomes necessory to do a through clicnical examination and by relevent investigations to find out any of the above mentiond in your case along with sinusitis.

in the treatment of sinusitis if any of the above listed are present then it should also be treated along with basic treatment of sinusitis to get excellent result.

you have asked about medicines to increase the body resistance and immunity for this, i would like to tell you that you should take nutritious and balanced diet. there is no medicine other than preprations of vitamins for this purpose.

with regards
