Brief Answer:
Oral lactifiber powder may minimise constipation and promote bowel flow

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern

I have worked through your attached query in detail

These medications are known to cause constipation and thus delay the bowel movement.

Skin rashes could indicate hypersensitivity.

It's advisable to consider a short course of oral antiallergic medication to minimise the skin manifestation.

I generally prescribe oral lactifiber powder one to two times a day for 1 week to minimise constipation and improve the bowel movements.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve your symptoms.

In case if symptoms don't improve in 72 hours it's advisable to get an ultrasound abdomen to determine further course of action.

Antidepressant medication dose have to be titrated adequately to minimise the constipation.

Post your further queries if any
Thank you
