4. Family history of any medical illness or obesity .

5. Any food Allergies

6. Exercise routines

Hi,

After going through your medical details you are almost 35kg overweight and I will advise you to follow the following diet and activity plan for next three months:

1. Eat wholegrain food (whole wheat, oats and brown Rice)

2. All colorful vegetables (preferably boiled seasoned with salt and black pepper)

3. Fruits

4. Avoid all junk food

5. Limit your sugars strictly

6. Keep yourself hydrated but avoid canned juices

7. Drink skimmed milk

8. Take small and frequent meals .

9.Daily Physical activity for 45 min 5 days a week

keep a record of your current weight and then measure after three months to find out the difference.
