Brief Answer:
Longitudinal Melanonychia

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist).I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.

I can see a pigment line along the length of finger nail. It is thin, well defined and of uniform colour. It is a benign pigmented lesion most commonly arising from active melanocytes in the nail matrix. Though a melanoma may also present as longitudinal pigmented line/ streak like this but it has certain distinctive features like it is usually broader with irregular margins and may have colour variegation like red, blue, black and white within the same line. So this is not a melanoma. It is benign.
