Brief Answer:
Kindly attach the ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Kindly attach the ECG as I could not find it here.
But as you have a strong family history of Coronary Artery disease, you should get a Treadmill test done every year.
Thanks and take care

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I saw your ECG. It is slightly abnormal.
It shows incomplete RBBB, and T inversion in V1-2.
You need not understand this terminology but you should absolutely get a stress test done.
Stress Echo will be better for you than plain TMT. And you should get it done soon. Stress echo includes both Echo and TMT.
This stress echo should be repeated every year as you are a high risk individual.
I'll also want to know whether you have any symptoms like Chest heaviness on exertion, whether you smoke or not and what about your lipid profile?
If any of this is present than CT Coronary Angio will be better. If not stress echo will suffice.

To conclude -
Stress echo if you don't have any symptom or have any risk factor(which I told you)
CT Coronary Angio if you have the symptoms or risk factor.
Thanks and take care.
Do come back if you need any further help from me.

Brief Answer:
Do the stress test as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I am glad to hear that you do not smoke or have any symptoms.
Still you should do stress echo every year.
Isotretinoin does not cause lipid abnormality and you must be taking it for Acne, so should keep taking it.
Preventive measures include regular exercise for at least 30 minutes per day (at least 5 days a week).
Regarding diet - avoid junk food, reduce fat in diet (preferably take olive oil).
Live a healthy lifestyle and I hope you will be fine throughout your life.
You can always contact me if you need any type of help in future.
Thanks and take care
