Please Advise Prognosis For Post Partum ?

Question: Dear Dr, please advise prognosis for Post partum DIC in 2016, MRI and CT brain showing subdural and extradural hematoma. Obsteteric Hysterectomy was done. Recent reports show severe hyperlipidemia (Sr. Chol - 385, Trigly - 563, LDL - 270); AST, ALT and GGT also raised. However, Stress test is negative for inducible ischaemia and sonography of abdomen and pelvis is normal.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Is the subdural and extradural findings are of new imaging or old imaging in 2016?
At present, management of hypercholesterolemia is required.
The prognosis depends upon strict control of hypercholesterolemia.
Visit and consult a physician too.

Get a new CT head

Detailed Answer:
Usually old blood dissolves from the site.
You can get a plain CT head to compare with old image.
