Brief Answer:
Scratch doesn't seem to be that severe.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ask a doctor service,

I have gone through your query and have seen the image.

Usually, bat scratch are severe; this one doesn't seem to be bat scratch.

So, let me know if any other inflammatory signs you have such as pain , redness, rise in temperature over the injured site.

I could help you with that information.
Thank you.

Do they tend to be smaller and more severe? Also this scratch is curved, do bat scratch with teeth or claws? Are they generally straighter?

I did not see bat, fear that bat will come into my room at night and I won’t realize, however, my dog sleeps with me and hasn’t reacted in any way.
