Hi
Pain from shoulder to the fingers can be due to any of the following reasons.

1. Cervical spondylitis- inflamation of the cervical spine with resultant nerve compression.
2. Cervical rib- with resultant compression of the great blood vessels of the neck.
3. Thoracic outlet syndrome caused by compression of nerve or blood vessels in the neck at their origin.

You need to consult a orthopedician and a vascular surgeon for the same.
Hope i answered. I will be available for followup query, if any.
