Please give details and post actual reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 56 year old male having pain in right side of abdomen and chest, persistent fever of 100-101, known heart problems, ECG by Cardiologist, Pan d injection.
Please give additional information for me to assist him better:
Since when is the pain present/ how long?
Any other symptoms like chills, bloating of abdomen, loose stools with mucus/sticky or hard stools?
Any evidence of yellow eyes and oral mucosa, urine?
Any coughing or respiratory problems?
Any other investigations like Ultrasonography, X-ray chest, tests of blood, urine or stool done? If yes, then provide the reports.
