Brief Answer:
Follow up with the urgent care

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health question

Pain following testicular trauma can be nothing serious. However, conditions like torsion testis and hematoma causing too much pressure on testis which can have long term adverse effects need to be ruled out.
So physical examination and ultrasound tests are needed at this point. Please be advised to follow up with urgent care.
