Brief Answer:
Diet and exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for the delay in my response.

Thanks for your patience.

I have read the above-mentioned results.

Need not worry, though the levels are out of range, these can be brought by diet and exercise.

Simply, Low fat and low carbohydrate are diets would be sufficient to get rid of the excess cholesterol.

Exercising 1 hr a day would surely bring every cholesterol reading into range.

Please do ask if you have any specific doubt.

Waiting for your response,

Brief Answer:
For customized diet plan, please post a query for dietitian

Detailed Answer:
You can try garlic to reduce cholesterol. Take its extract or supplement for 3 months and re-check the lipid profile
Consuming cheerios with milk may not be helpful as milk has lipids in it and may increase cholesterol
Overall you need to reduce or eliminate milk and milk products for three months and recheck lipid profile
Basically you need to consume low carb and low fat diet. Low carb means less of white sugar. Natural sugar is better than white sugar. Since you have a mild deviation of lipids, just reducing white sugar, milk and milk products will be helpful.

Adding fruits and salad to your diet will also be helpful

Hope this helps

I will be consuming cheerios dry with no milk at all. They are whole grain plain cheerios. Are these acceptable on a daily basis and if so, how much because I love plain cheerios. I eat salads daily with grilled chicken only no fried chicken. Being that I'm not crazy about water is there any flavored liquids that I can drink to add to my water intake? Is Almond milk ok to drink? Can I consume cheese at all or is it better to stay away from it all together? I just started drinking Essence Water with PH10 with lemon in it. Is that ok.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
You can continue

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I would not recommend almond mild due to its high fat content. You can continue other foods you mentioned.

Water is very essential in optimal quantities, you can consume good amount of fluids including PH10.

Regards,

Doc, when you read my questions, can you please answer all the questions in your response? If I'm eating plain cheerios daily, what is the XXXXXXX amount I can eat with no milk because I love them. Also can I drink the supplement NUTRIM? My girlfriend said these products have pesticides in them that have been linked to causing cancer in people. Is this correct? Thanks

Brief Answer:
Avoid NUTRIM

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You can eat cheerios , a quantity amounting to less than 150 cal in a day.

Avoid Nutrim, it could be right that it can contain harmful preservatives.

You have to increase the distance in treadmill to more than 2 miles atleast.

You can take foods rich in fibre which can help in reducing sugar levels in blood.

Thanks for response. But, I was just told yesterday that Cheerios have toxic pesticides in them as well. Is this true? The Oats in Nutrim and the Oats in cheerios are basically harvested the same way... this is crazy, so what can I eat that is healthy? I shop at moms store. I thought I was doing good by running 1 mile daily at that speed was good. But, do you have any suggestions on food for me at least? And strength training as well? Thanks
