Brief Answer: It is likely to be due to injury to glanspenis. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have either infection of glans penis or injury to the glans during intercourse. I shall be happy if you can post me few more details along with photographs of your penis(If possible) to help me to make comments on your problem . 1) Did you have rough ,dry vigorous unprotected sex sex? and have you sustained any injury to penis during sex? 2) Do you have swelling of the foreskin (Paraphimosis)? 3)Are you able to replace your foreskin back on glans penis .? 4) Did you have any bleeding after sex? I shall be able to make comments after getting feed back from you. Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily . Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you . Thanks and Regards. Dr.Patil.
