Question: I URINATED 20 MINUTES AGO. HAD BLOOD IN THE URINE. SHOULD I GO TO THE EMERENCY ROOM?
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

At your age, cancer is the first diagnosis.
If the blood is persistent, rush to ER.
Otherwise, if you can manage to get an appointment to see a urologist in a week, it is ok.
