Need Differential Possibilities Before I Decide What Steps To Take.

Question: Need differential possibilities before I decide what steps to take. Urgent care has a five hour wait and the ER is a dehumanizing 13 hour adventure. I have intermittant chest discomfort, not pain. I have had two heart attacks - 2002 and 2011, five stents, and this discomfort doesn't feel like that. It feels like when you spend time in below zero weather and it chills your lung lining. I also have Barretts without damage so far. I take Prilosec daily. It comes and goes. It is not positional. A little relief when I bend my head down. Eating lessens the discomfort for awhile. It is prolonged, not acute. It is vertical down the center of my chest. Amateur possibilities: Pneumonia, pleurisy, could be cardiac, pericarditis, or symptoms Barretts progressing. Blood oxygen (I Watch) has stayed in the middle to high 90's. No fever. This has come and gone for about a month now. does not involve shortness of breath. Thoughts? Thanks
