I had loose motions and stomach pain a day before I gave samples. I was taking medicines like dolo650, eldoper, antibiotics and probiotics.
Also, there was no 10 hours of fasting before giving blood samples. I had buttermilk 5 hours before giving samples.

I read your query and I see the test results you uploaded and here is my advice.
Most of the test results are normal.
Your potassium levels are slightly low possibly as a result of your diet. Also total protein was slightly increased which may be as a result of the infection you were having ( since you are using antibiotics).
Vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels are low which means that you may need to take this vitamins in order to bring levels up to normal range.
MCH and MCHC are low which shows that you need to take iron supplements and vitamin B 12 as mentioned above.
Sedimentation rate is increased possibly due to infection and inflammation. It will go back to normal as you heal.
