Myself 39 Yr Old Male Noticed Change In Bowel Habits
Question: Myself 39 yr old male noticed change in bowel habits almost two yrs ago. My stool is very short and muddy in texture. No blood in stool noticed. Sometimes abdominal pain occured. The abdominal pain is intermittent and it once it comes it radiates to back anal area and testicles. For the last 10 yrs I am maintaining a weight of 75 to 78 kg. It is still in that range only. Fir the last one week the pain again started and I am having dizziness also. The pain is like that it is not severe at all and when I am touching the are I feel no pain. I am deeply worried about colon cancer. Please give me an expert advice

My age is 39. No test have done and no medicine took.The bowel change first I noticed in December 2018. That time no other problems were there. I have undergone abdominal endoscopy 10 yrs back and at that time doctor identified GRED and I have taken medicine for that for almost three years and at that time liver biopsy was also done because I am having fatty liver. Biopsy result was also normal. And in 2016 abdominal USG was also done for kidney stone. After that no examination was done. I had fever last time in october 2019

Sir at the moment I am having moderate pain in left side belly right side belly right side testicles and lower abdomen. The pain location is also changing and the pain is not like that it prevent me from doing anything physically. But the dizziness is preventing me from doing the physical things to an extent.

Sir I am not taking any medication for dizziness, after that vertigo episode dizziness is happening now only. At that time also I have not taken any medicine for vertigo. I am taking g rozavel 5 for Cholesterol. If my stool is normal then what will be the cause of my abdominal pain and what is your diagnosis. Is there any threat of cancer.
