Question: My wife has been reporting head ache for past few weeks. And the headache aggravates when she takes a head bath. She is also having mild cold on & off . Can you suggest some medication and also let us know if we should go to consultation with a General physician or should we go directly to ENT doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Hope you are doing well.

The history you have given is inadequate to reach a diagnosis.

Is she having recurrent sneezing, running nose, decreased vision, nose obstruction?
In the meantime you can start fluticasone nasal spray, steam inhalation.

You can write back to me with the requested details so that I can guide you further.

You should consult an ENT specialist.

As she is having watering from eye please consult ophthalmologist.

Hope she gets well soon.

Thanks for your response. Yes, she is having frequent cold & sneezing . But the cold is very mild . And see do not see any change in her vision , however 3 to 4 years ago during a routine check up she was reported to have sight (difficulty in viewing objects at longer distance), she was given glasses and he never used those.

There is no nose obstruction .Hope this information helps.
