Brief Answer:
Needs calcium and vitamin D3 supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen all the attached reports. Her uric acid levels are slightly raised and Vitamin D3 levels are slightly on the lower side. Both of thee can cause pain in the joints and calf pain like she is having.
There can be some osteoarthritic changes also present in her joints that can be detected on an X-ray.
Taking a diet rich in vitamin C, dairy products and coffee are likely to help in improvement of symptoms.
Drink plenty of water daily to help the kidneys clear the uric acid. Reducing meat intake will also help. She can seek medical help and ask her doctor to prescribe her some analgesics and specific medicines which increase the uric acid excretion from the kidneys.
She also needs a calcium rich diet with regular Vitamin D3 supplements. Regarding vitamin D levels, she needs to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D.
I hope this answers your query.
